Promoting Student Health
On September 29, 2026, Junior High School students of Sekolah Global Mandiri Jakarta participated in a free health check-up in collaboration with Puskesmas Cakung. The activity was organized to support students’ awareness of their health and encourage them to pay greater attention to their physical well-being.

Basic Health Examinations
During the activity, students received a series of basic health examinations conducted by professional healthcare staff from Puskesmas Cakung. The examinations provided students with an opportunity to learn more about their general health condition through simple and informative health checks.

Understanding the Importance of Health
The health check-up also encouraged students to become more aware of the importance of monitoring their health from an early age. By understanding their health condition, students can develop greater awareness of the habits and daily activities that can support their physical well-being.

Learning About Personal Hygiene
In addition to the health examinations, students received valuable education about maintaining personal hygiene. They learned that simple habits, such as washing their hands regularly, keeping their bodies clean, and maintaining a clean environment, can play an important role in preventing illness and supporting overall health.

Encouraging Healthy Daily Habits
Students were also reminded of the importance of consuming nutritious food and maintaining a balanced lifestyle. Through this education, they were encouraged to make healthier choices in their daily lives, including choosing nutritious meals, staying physically active, getting enough rest, and maintaining healthy routines.

Building a Health-Conscious Generation
Through this collaboration with Puskesmas Cakung, Sekolah Global Mandiri Jakarta continues to support students not only in their academic development but also in their overall well-being. The health check-up served as a meaningful learning experience, encouraging students to take greater responsibility for their health and develop healthy habits that can benefit them now and in the future.
