We believe that school is not only a place to pursue academic achievements. School is the second home—a place where our children grow up, feel safe, and learn to understand their true selves. Therefore, our focus is emphasized on two main elements; building students’ character and developing their talents.

DIVERSITY–TOLERANCE VALUE Primary students of Sekolah Global Mandiri come from diverse backgrounds and different characters which bring various perspectives of learning environment. It broadens everyone’s mindset about respect and emphaty in shaping awareness of multicultural understanding. Creating an intellectual continuous progress through daily interaction, intensive discussion, and contextual approach. At the same time, tolerance recognizes diversity as an opportunity to discover a miniature society where students from cultural, religious, and socio-economic condition being associated. Cultivating meaningful spaces where every individual feels valued.
STUDENT BASED CENTER Students are encouraged to take an active role in developing their potentials through constructive learning methods. This builds intrinsic motivation, a catalyst for improved information retention, deeper learning, and overall holistic achievement. Children naturally become more engaged to class activities while teachers serving as facilitators, guiding and providing continuous feedback. It invites them to a solid educational experience and activates the pathways to grow. Connecting unique skills to real-world applications and providing valuable experience through colourful approaches.
ADAPTIVE CONTEXTUAL LEARNING Adaptive contextual learning is part of interactive system which addresses the needs of individuals through learning pathways, effective reviews, and supplemental resources. It addresses the dynamic method and up-to-date materials to build student’s comprehension and provide equity in education. Students are given the opportunity to construct relationship in the context of a more relevant and meaningful daily phenomenon. It can be formulated that adaptive contextual learning emphasize the importance of student’s requirements. It develops the knowledge and experience to think through discovery and problem-solving framework.
LOCAL & NATIONAL WISDOM It refers to the body of knowledge, practices, and cultural norms that communities have developed over generations to adapt specific environments. Students identify the core heritage, local values, and civic traditions that shape a national identity. They are proud to be Indonesia citizens; addressing the challenges of globalization and instrument for internalizing national values and developing awareness of responsibility. It can be integrated to enhance character development, social interaction and cultural literacy. This wisdom functions as a practical system to solve various difficulties in society.
