Pre-Primary Level students of Sekolah Global Mandiri Jakarta held a Cultural Day activity on April 10, 2026, carrying the theme “The Little Warrior in Lantern Land.” The event was filled with excitement and joy, creating an atmosphere rich in cultural elements and children’s creativity. All students showed great enthusiasm in participating in the series of activities that had been well prepared by the school.

The theme “The Little Warrior in Lantern Land” was chosen to introduce values of bravery, fighting spirit, and the beauty of culture to students from an early age. Through this theme, children were invited to explore cultural symbols presented in a fun and engaging way, such as lanterns that symbolize hope and light in life.

During the event, students wore a variety of attractive costumes that reflected the “little warrior” character with unique cultural touches. The colorful outfits combined with distinctive accessories made the atmosphere even more lively and festive. Their performances were not only entertaining but also demonstrated confidence and courage in front of their friends and teachers.

In addition, the Cultural Day was filled with various creative performances, such as dances, costume parades, and simple acts involving all students. Each performance was designed to develop motor skills, confidence in performing, and teamwork among students. The children clearly enjoyed every moment of the event.

Teachers and school staff also played an active role in guiding and assisting the students throughout the activity. Their support helped create a safe, comfortable, and encouraging environment for the children to express themselves. This activity also served as a fun learning experience outside the classroom.

This Cultural Day not only provided valuable experiences for the students but also became a moment to instill values of togetherness, diversity, and appreciation for culture. Through this activity, children learned to respect differences and build confidence in expressing themselves.

With the successful implementation of the Cultural Day themed “The Little Warrior in Lantern Land,” it is hoped that Pre-Primary Level students of Sekolah Global Mandiri Jakarta will continue to develop their creativity, courage, and love for culture from an early age. This activity serves as a positive step in shaping confident, creative, and globally-minded individuals.
