SYSTEMATIC ANALYTICAL THINKING: Enhancing the Competence of Sekolah Global Mandiri Teachers and Staff
As part of its commitment to improving the quality of human resources, Sekolah Global Mandiri held a Systematic Analytical Thinking Workshop on Friday, November, 7th 2025, and Friday, November 14th 2025, from 01:00 pm to 04:00 pm WIB. The workshop was attended by 24 selected teachers and staff members who are being prepared to join the upcoming workshop program.
This training was designed to strengthen participants’ analytical skills in addressing the challenges of today’s educational services. Through the workshop, participants were equipped with the ability to identify problems using gap analysis, determine root causes through root cause analysis, and develop creative solutions along with plans for continuous improvement.
During the two-day sessions, participants engaged in interactive discussions and hands-on activities that supported a deeper understanding of the concepts presented. With this foundation, the selected representatives are expected to become agents of change within their respective units and actively contribute to knowledge transfer through the workshop program. This workshop serves as a strategic step for Sekolah Global Mandiri in building a work culture that is analytical, collaborative, and solution-oriented. Through a strong commitment to continuous learning and development, the school believes that every challenge can be addressed with systematic thinking, creativity, and integrity. (FOS)
