📚 Open House

“Books, My Best Friend”

Palembang, October 23–25, 2025 – Sekolah Global Mandiri Palembang successfully held its Open House event with the theme “Books, My Best Friend.”

Over three exciting days, the event became a special moment for parents and prospective students to explore the school’s learning environment, discover its excellent programs, and enjoy various creative literacy activities.

On the first day, visitors were invited to tour the school facilities, including interactive classrooms, laboratories, the library, and sports areas, while also taking part in the Book Week activities.

The second day featured a series of engaging Book Week events such as storytelling sessions, student performances, and a literacy exhibition. The joyful atmosphere was filled with creativity as students enthusiastically expressed themselves through the world of books.

Mean while, the final day was dedicated to Parent Day, where parents had the opportunity to watch student performances, including a mini drama show. The event concluded with the Book Week Awards, recognizing outstanding students for their achievements in literacy.

Through this event, Sekolah Global Mandiri Palembang reaffirmed its commitment to nurturing a generation that is intelligent, well-rounded, and passionate about reading, strengthened by close collaboration between the school, students, and parents.
