“Employee Gathering 2026”

All employees of Sekolah Global Mandiri from various units participated in the Employee Gathering held on December 20, 2025.


The event was attended by staff members from Sekolah Global Mandiri Cibubur, Jakarta, and Palembang, as a form of appreciation as well as an effort to strengthen togetherness among the entire school community.


Carrying the theme “FUN NGACIR 2025,” the event was designed to create a relaxed, enjoyable, and energetic atmosphere. The theme reflected the hope that all employees could unwind from their daily routines while strengthening positive energy to welcome the upcoming year.


This Employee Gathering became a meaningful moment that brought together employees from different regions in one spirit of unity. Through the interactions that took place, a warm, friendly, and cheerful family-like atmosphere was created among all participants.


The series of events ran smoothly and were well organized. Various group activities were presented to foster teamwork, cooperation, and mutual respect among employees from Sekolah Global Mandiri Cibubur, Jakarta, and Palembang.


One of the most anticipated moments of the event was the door prize session. A wide range of attractive prizes was distributed to the participants, increasing their enthusiasm and excitement throughout the Employee Gathering.


The excitement of the event was further enhanced by performances from representatives of Sekolah Global Mandiri Cibubur, Jakarta, and Palembang, which were presented during the door prize session.


These performances successfully entertained the participants and created an even more festive and united atmosphere.


Through this Employee Gathering with the theme “FUN NGACIR 2025,” it is hoped that all employees of Sekolah Global Mandiri will become more united, motivated, and ready to contribute their best for the advancement of the school.
